Dr. Donald Berwick, founder and president of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and featured in Money-Driven Medicine, has been nominated by President Obama to be Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Department of Health and Human Services (CMS).
